Encountering God Every Day…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I love this song Hold On To Me by Lauren Daigle. As I pray for people every day, my biggest prayer is that they would have a God encounter. When you encounter the living God for yourself, no man has to convince you of anything. When you have firsthand knowledge of something, you know- because you know, because you know.
As a radio talk show host, I have the privilege of interviewing people that have had real life- God encounters. No man can take that encounter away, because it was supernatural. It was the work of a supernatural God with a natural man.
Today, thank God for journeying life with you. If you have never had a personal God encounter, today is your day. Just simply ask, God encounter me? and he will. His desire is to walk with you and give you the desires of your heart, as you are his heart’s desire.
Are you ready to experience God for yourself today?
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for your son, Jesus Christ and for journeying every day with us. You truly are Emmanuel, God with us.
Father, we don’t want to encounter any more religion and more man-made rules, we want to encounter the one true God in which man can be saved. Father, you have called us righteous because of the blood of Jesus Christ. We don’t deserve it; can’t earn it and we can’t buy our salvation. It is a free gift to all who will believe and receive.
Father, would you encounter me (us) again today? Show us the great and mighty things your Word talks about. Every day is a blessing from your hand. Give us eyes to see and ears to hear what your spirit is saying. Lead us today as we submit our day to you. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Enjoy your day encountering a God that loved you enough to die for.
About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose. The jailer woke up, and when he saw the prison doors open, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself because he thought the prisoners had escaped. But Paul shouted, “Don’t harm yourself! We are all here!”
The jailer called for lights, rushed in and fell trembling before Paul and Silas. He then brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” Acts 16:: 25-30
