Follower And Influencer…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I am a pretty busy individual. I work, I write, I take a class, I have children and grandchildren to spend time with and I do a lot of extra’s. One thing I know for sure is who I want to follow, and I too want to be an influencer. I want the world to know the truth and it will be the truth that sets them free. (John 8:36)
I’ve met some pretty incredible people in my day, and they do some incredible work. I don’t always believe what they believe, but I know we are all on a journey to discover truth. When I find a gem of truth, I like to tell the world.
Matthew 5:14-16 tells us that we are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for Jesus, the light of the world. Today we pray that the God of hope will fill us with all joy and peace as we trust in him, so that we may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:13)
Father, may hope arise all across this globe today, because Jesus Christ lives and dwells among us. May we spread hope throughout our world today as we celebrate life and life more abundantly. (John 10:10)
Father, reveal more truth as we put all our trust in you. Amen.
