Let The Children Speak…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Recently someone told me they had lots of questions for God. I told them that I too have lots of questions and I make it a point to ask him to reveal the answer, reveal the truth. He is not some distant off God, he is closer than a brother. (Proverbs 18:24)
I was reading this morning from my Bible and a book I am enjoying When God Speaks by Hara Saadia. I listened to a partial radio interview with Dr. Euguene May for my radio broadcast Destiny Moments from Eagles Wings Ministries. He shared a story about a young boy that heard from God in a church service where he was speaking. That child had a word of knowledge what God wanted to do for someone in that service. He was carrying the miracle for a deaf woman. Amazing.
I remember a day many years ago now, I felt impressed to go to a church parking lot. Hearing the voice of God was knew to me, but I wanted to hear. This church was a whole different denomination that I attended or knew, and I wondered why I would be drawn there. After about twenty minutes I got out of my car and walked around. I thought I must have heard wrong where I was being led to go on that Saturday afternoon. There was no one in the church that day and there was no one in the parking lot. As I started back to my car, I took one more glance around and my eye caught a statue of Mary holding baby Jesus. It was in remembrance of the unborn. Wow, did my heart ever skip a few beats. I knew God was calling me to speak on behalf of the children.
Let’s pray for the children today:
Father, today we pray for the unborn. Forgive us, oh God for when we made a choice known or unknown that caused a loss of life. I am thankful they are all in the loving arms of a Heavenly Father that knew them before the foundations of the earth. (Psalm 139) Thank you that there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:1) We are forgiven.
Father, thank you that children are a gift from you. (Psalm 127:3) Today we pray protection around them, we ask you to reveal any evil coming near them. Keep a watchful eye and may their mouths be full of words of knowledge for your people, your church today. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Listen to a child today, they may be carrying your answer, your miracle.
People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them. (Mark 10:13-16)
