KOB 4 News (Albuquerque, NM) is reporting that US District Court Judge David Herrera Urias today granted a temporary restraining order against portions of New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s recent public health order (“PHO”), citing that the PHO is in direct conflict with the Second Amendment to the US Constitution.
Judge Urias’ temporary restraining order pertains only to Sections 1 and 4 of the PHO, pending a final hearing scheduled for October 3, 2023.
