Happy Labor Day…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Labor Day 2023. This morning I spent some extra time in prayer. The words that stay etched in my mind this beautiful morning as I prayed with a friend from another country, was this; hear the sound, the new sound. That word kept coming over and over again.
I sit and ponder these words this morning. We celebrate Feast of Trumpets this month. I will celebrate in another state this year. The state where I first heard the call to the nations.
I watch the leaves blow back and forth as I sit at my table a long time this morning. The calling of the nations, I hear the sound.
What are you hearing this morning? Take some time and be still before him and know that he is God. Psalm 46:10
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for the sound, a new sound. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. (Acts 2:2)
Father, blow fresh on our nation today to the nations of the world. We blow the trumpet for victory in our lives, in our nation to the nations of the world.
Father, thank you that our lives are destined according to your Word before time ever began.
Father, you said it is not by might, nor by power, but by your spirit, saith the Lord of Hosts. (Zechariah 4:6) King of glory, the Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle, blow on in as we declare your victory over every circumstance. Amen.
