Happy Daughters Day Plus One…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Yesterday I saw several posts saying it was daughters’ day. As my eyes were closing for the night, I thought about getting up to post something, but my eyes didn’t open again until morning. Days are pretty full.
I feel the greatest gift I have ever given my daughters, my friends, my colleagues, the whole world really have been to pray for them. I have seen God himself get involved in ways no man ever could. He opened doors, closed doors, shown his favor and made ways in the wilderness. He truly is the lover of our soul.
My prayer today is that every daughter, every son, every granddaughter, every grandson, every person alive know they can talk to Jesus (pray). It’s the best beginning to every day and best ending to every night.
Father, thank you for the gift of children. Thank you that you know every need they have before we ever ask. Thank you for making every crooked way straight in their lives. You are the best parent, grandparent, foster parent, neighbor and friend.
Father, thank you for drawing us all closer to you today. May the love of Christ fill the earth today as we embrace the love of our Heavenly Father.
Happy daughters’ day God’s most beautiful people, plus one.
You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely.
You hem me in behind and before, and you lay your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. (Psalm 139:1-10)
