Let It Rain, Oh God…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. It’s rained a lot this summer here in Northern Maine. The downpours have been wild at times as I hear the rain beat against the window. I petition God once again this morning and ask him for the healing rain for all the beautiful people that God has blessed me with living around here in Aroostook County, Maine and for all the beautiful people around this world. God’s greatest creation was people, and he created us all in his image. (Genesis 1) He wants the best for us all.
At times life has been unfair for many. People have been knocked down, stepped on, lied too, cheated, and the list goes on. God sees everything and nothing escapes his watchful eye. He is truly the good Father that the world needed. Whether we had a great earthly father or not, no one can compare to the love God has for his people.
I feel the most for people that have been hurt in church, by God’s people and from religion. God thank you for restoring to the people the years that the locusts have eaten.
Let’s Pray:
Father, faithful Father, thank you that you work in so many different ways. Forgive us when we boxed you in with our limited mindsets. You are a big God, and you love your people. You provide healing and show up in ways man just can’t. You are omnipotence, omnipresence, and omniscience and you do all things well.
Father, may many all across this globe discover that you have never left them, will never forsake them and you have a plan for every situation and circumstance. Give us all the grace to trust you more, we pray.
Father, may many stand back up today and stay in the fight, the good fight of faith. Amen.
