Nehemiah 8:10 says “The joy of the Lord is your strength.”
This means that during hard, difficult, crazy times, if you want joy, its going to come from your relationship with God, period.
When you have no joy, you have no strength, and that’s when Satan comes in and robs you of everything you have.
How do you get joy?
One way to experience joy, is to focus on God. When we dwell on our own problems too long, or the things that rob of us our joy, we can’t focus on God.
We need to dwell on God’s goodness. What he’s done for you, and how much he loves you.
