Never Lose Your Dream…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. As I pray for Israel, my first mentor Juliette comes to mind this morning. She now resides in heaven. Her life dream was to go to Israel and God granted her dream, he granted her heart’s desire. She loved to dance to the Jewish music, and she loved the Jewish people. She always wanted to walk where Jesus walked. She was a faithful intercessor for Israel. Her heart would be broken at what is taking place. Our hearts hurt for this country.

I remember her wanting to sell some gems she had purchased many years ago, to go on this trip to Israel. She got them ready, and I drove her down to see the jeweler. I remember being a bit nervous as we thought these were so valuable. I kept praying the jeweler would have enough money to buy them. The jeweler told my dear friend what she had purchased all those years ago was cut glass. I remember as he wrote the slip out for his charge to look at the items through his microscope, my heart hurt for her. I quickly took the slip and paid it. Her dream had just been crushed. But then God made a way. I loved to hear her talk about all the places she visited in Israel, a lady I believe nearing eighty at the time.

Never give up on your dreams beautiful people. God will make a way. When you are empty handed and your gems turn out to be cut glass, you will soon discover that Jesus is the greatest gem. He is the God that makes a way.

Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for journeying every day with us. We pray for Israel once again today. We pray for peace within their borders. We pray today that all hostages be released.

Father, we continue to pray for world peace. We raise our Hallelujah today for we know you carry the victory. We know you have a plan, and you will make a way.

Father, you have heard all the prayers, including all the prayers from those that have gone on before us. Just as you stood with Gideon and his men against the armies of evil, we know you are standing with us today as we stand with Israel. (Judges 7:1-25) The battle belongs to you, oh God. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Don’t you feel like blowing the Shofar?

After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying: “Give thanks to the Lord, for his love endures forever.” 2 Chronicles 20:21
