Liberty University is pushing back on a leaked preliminary report from the U.S. Department of Education, saying the report contains “significant errors, misstatements, and unsupported conclusions.” The preliminary review of the university’s compliance with the Clery Act between 2016 and 2022 includes an accusation of rape against a former president and the destruction of evidence. Read more.

Falwell, who was forced to resign in 2020 over a sex scandal, now names his brother, Liberty University Chancellor the Rev.
