What Are You Willing To Do For Jesus?
Good morning beautiful people, happy Monday. I am sleeping in longer than usual on these cold chilly mornings here in Aroostook County, Maine. This morning after reading what Dewey posted about helping the homeless, I began thinking about the heart of God. I remember praying a prayer, saying God you can use me any way you can. I really had no idea the prayer I had just prayed, but my heart was right. I wanted people to know Jesus and I was willing to go, to do, to share, to help. I sure have found myself in some interesting places, that only God himself could have set up. Mission Jesus!
Sometimes these divine appointments, I never spoke a word about Jesus. I worked hard and just tried to show the people that I cared. Often times, I prayed a prayer inside my heart for the people.
Today, let’s not just know about Jesus, let’s not just talk about Jesus, let’s be carriers of his great love message. How about it? Can you take a few moments this morning and ask yourself what are you willing to do for Jesus?
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you that your heart is for all people. You weren’t looking for perfection, nor were you looking for qualifications, you were looking for willing vessels to spread the good news, the best news of Jesus Christ. Sometimes done in Word and sometimes done in deed.
Father, your message is so simple and easy to receive, it’s for everybody that will believe. You love people! You died for people!
Father, set up some destiny moments today all across this globe, so we can be carriers for you and your glory alone. Amen.
