God, Is Everything Going To Be Ok?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Sometimes I ponder what is going to happen next. Life at times can be a little hairy, even sometimes downright scary. Then I look at God’s record so far in my life and the lives of others and as the songwriter penned; were gonna be alright.
My granddaughter asked me recently, Grammy why do you love Jesus so much? Oh, my sweet child if you could only understand how good God is at your young age. Walking with Jesus one thing we are assured of is that he will always journey our days with us to the very end.
Today, no matter what your day brings, know that God holds all our lives in his hands. He is the creator of both heaven and earth. Psalm 19 1-6 King David tells us that the heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech; they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun. It is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, like a champion rejoicing to run his course. It rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the other.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you that you know everything about us, and you love us. You are the God that has the plan, the good plan for our lives. You will always have the final say. You tell us to be still and know that you are God. (Psalm 46:10) We believe. Amen.
