May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 15:13
God wants us to have an overflowing measure of hope that is far beyond all human ability.
His promises and unchangeable Word, are the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Not only do we have His assurance of the eternal, heavenly glory that is to come, but His promises include this present age, which means that our entire life is secure in Him alone. Our hope in him will never let us down.
We may have trials of various kinds, but our hope will not be cut off.
There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.
Proverbs 23:18
“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!”
Lamentations 3:24
Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
Romans 22:12
Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.
Proverbs 13:12
Hope deferred can lead to depression, anxiety, and actual physical sickness. But trusting God leads to refreshment, encouragement and peace.
The reason we believe and hope, is because we know our Savior has everything under control. Regardless of our current circumstances, we must believe God has a plan.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11
Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.”
Psalm 62:5-6
Our hope in God comes from acknowledging His full power. God is Almighty and sovereign. He has all the power in the world. There is nothing too difficult for Him, nothing that He cannot do or accomplish.
You must trust Him!
Many Blessing’s,
