Stepping Into The Unknown…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I am really needing to get my next book published. I just know you are going to love it. Recently, I asked a friend to come help me complete the task of editing second round and getting the finishing touches on this book.
It is quite icy this morning and I have my winter tires on and ready to face the day. Time slips away from us quite quickly if we are not intentional with our time.
I know I talk about this a lot, but I must tell you that I believe in this. Man makes their plans, but God orders our footsteps. That the footsteps of the righteous are ordered of the Lord.
Today let’s ask God to order our footsteps and step on out. It is cold weather here in Northern Maine, but God’s love warms the human heart. He wants to use us all to be a blessing to people today. Are you ready for another step?
I like to remember the good times. How God has lighted my path previously and how he will lead me. I just want to be sure and know that it’s him. I am sure you do too.
God brings people in our lives, and he takes people out of our lives. He is the one that brings the increase. He brings the people needed for every season of our lives. He knows the way we should take and directs us step by step. Even in the icy weather.
I remember the encounter at the Supreme Court this morning. The young boy and his mom I met as I was walking up the steps. I remember the sandal I found while walking, that was re-united to a young mother at a shelter she was staying. She had lost the child’s sandal on a walk. God had her walk covered.
I remember this morning the line I was in downstate where a lady told me God had gifted me to write prophetically. I had no idea what that meant at that time. I sure do today.
Beautiful people, God loves you. He is no respecter of persons. He has great plans for your life. Keep stepping out and don’t worry about your position in line. God tells us the last will be first and the first will be last. (Matthew 19:29) No need to step on anyone to get where you are going. He will make every crooked way straight on your behalf, if you trust him.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for your presence. You are a good God, and you are with us every day, leading us by your spirit. Father, give us the courage to keep stepping out- step by step until we reach our God given destinies. Thank you for surrounding us with the people that need to be in our lives for each step we are on.
Father, thank you that we are victorious every day of our lives not because of who we are, but because of who lives in us. Thank you for the power of your Holy Spirit. No turning back, we continue to step out.
Father, your love story (the Bible) tells us that the people that know their God will do exploits. (Daniel 11:32). Let that be us, oh God. Give us courage and strength for each step we are on. We are stepping out. Amen.
