He was just watching TV and then was killed.
UPDATE:
An Albuquerque family is mourning the loss of a father and husband after an alleged drunk driver crashed into their house Thursday.
Fire crews say the car was going so fast when it drove through the garage it pushed the family’s car into their living room where Brian Peterson was just watching
Sharon and I are so very heartbroken for the family that lost their loved due to a man driving a car high on meth and pot. VERY TRAGIC! Oh My! So many innocent people are being killed right here in Albuquerque, from teenagers to adults. It is only going to get worse here. Albuquerque, like all of America has become godless. Just 4% of Americans have a Biblical Worldview. The results of this are quite evident. The Church has lost its influence in America. Jesus is the only answer. Politics is destroying America, so many have fallen in love with dirty politics, look what it has done to our country. We stink. Politics is the playground of Satan. Our government is ungovernable, it invites disaster. If you think the DEMS or the GOP is going to save this country, you are a fool. JESUS is the only one who saves.
Meanwhile, innocent people are dying, even in their homes here in Albuquerque……I have to remind you that Albuquerque kills babies by aborting them. The cloud of death just gets thicker here. Innocent babies being murdered.
I guess you are not safe even in your own home here, I better think of building a huge brick wall around our house! This is so sickening!
KOB TV Reports:
According to Albuquerque police, a white Ford Expedition crashed through the garage door – pushing a parked car into the living room and pinning a 74-year-old man underneath it.
The man who was struck was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The driver of the car, identified by police as 52-year-old Mark Castello, was also taken to the hospital. Police say Castello admitted to smoking meth and marijuana prior to driving.
The Scriptures call the mind of the natural man “blinded” 2 Cor. 4:4, “depraved” Romans 1:28, “corrupt” 1 Tim. 6:5, and “unspiritual” Col. 2:18. The natural mind thinks from a humanistic, sin-debased viewpoint. The viewpoint of the flesh directs its thoughts. The sinful mind is under the control of Satan and can never please God because it concentrates on things of the world and not things of the Spirit. The natural mind walks the road of hopelessness and self-destruction.
Christmas Week in Albuquerque: Riot at Juvenile Detention Center and More Deaths and Violent Crime
Dr. Jim Denison posted this today:
I wanted to share Paul Kingsnorth’s thoughtful analysis so I could emphasize his point: Religion is “not . . . a set of beliefs to be adhered to, or arguments to be made and defended. It is an experience to be immersed in.”
If you and I will be “immersed in” Jesus across the new year, we can be catalysts for the moral and spiritual renewal our broken culture needs so desperately. But only then.
If Jesus is your Lord, the God who created the universe is living in your life.
Is he living through your life today?
