Are You In The Hands Of The Potter?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was thinking all the things I want to accomplish before the end of this month. I have Christmas shopping to do, more outreaches to tell the world about Jesus, my desire to get the next book completed and so much more. Then I stop and commit my day to God. I want to be available to him first and foremost. How about you?
I never want to be so busy, with my plans for each day, that I am too busy to be interrupted by God himself. Have you ever needed to talk with someone because you trust them, and the get their voicemail? It’s disappointing isn’t it.
This morning let’s bow our knee, let’s bow our schedules and let’s give God permission to interrupt our day. Amen? Amen.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you that we belong to you first and foremost. We submit all our earthly desires and plans to your plan for our lives.
Father, thank you for fulfilling the plan we were created for. Thank you for ordering our footsteps. Direct and re-direct as you choose.
Father, may we hear your voice today saying this is the way my child, walk ye in it. Never let us get so busy that we miss what you want to use us for each and every day. We commit today and every day into your hands. Use us for your glory and your glory alone. Amen.
