Have You Checked Your Status With God?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. This morning I was meditating on how important people are to God. We are so important to him that he gave his only son, Jesus for our personal sins and the sins of the world. (John 3:16) We are VIP’s and we have VIP benefits.
Whenever we have things going on in our lives, he is the first person we should want to talk with (pray). I usually find a promise in the Bible and ask him to help me believe it and let him know that I am looking to him for the answer and ask him to lead the way. He is a best friend, a promise keeper, a covenant maker and the lover of our souls. He never gives up on anyone. That makes this girl some happy.
Today, check in with him, let him know how thankful you are to be journeying life under his watchful eye. If you have been away from him, it’s a great day to come back in relationship. He will welcome you in, just like you never walked away. Ready to pray?
Father, thank you for Jesus. Thank you for loving us through the good times, the bad times, the devastating times and through it all you brought us to the other side. Thank you for being the loving Father that this world needed.
Father, you weren’t looking for a perfect people, you were looking for people that would welcome you to journey life with them. A people that you could shine your light and life through. Shine through us, oh God, today and every day we pray. Amen.
