One of the missions God has given us at FGGAM is to help people think through a Biblical lens, not a political lens. So many Christians are tied up in the knots of politics. I am an old guy in this world, an old preacher man that sees that many Americans DO NOT THINK FROM A BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW! I pray these two messages make you think and pray.

I was recently invited to teach a seminar at Christ College, Sydney, on pastoring in a politicized age. Preparing for that seminar gave me the opportunity to craft a few bullet points of applied political theory for pastors. In other words: how can pastors best shepherd their people to think rightly about politics? Granting that particular issues may vary broadly from country to country, here are eight principles on pastoring in a politicized age that we should regularly bring before their congregations. Related message by Dr. Jim Denison:
Millions of Americans believe their former president, currently leading in polls to become their next president, is an “insurrectionist” who is therefore constitutionally barred from office. Millions of others believe this charge to be yet another illegitimate attempt to deprive Americans of their constitutional right to vote. The chasm between these two positions is dangerous to our future as a nation. The demise of a shared vocabulary and the objective reality it describes is an existential crisis for any democracy. Our response as Christians should be to pray fervently and work redemptively to help our nation turn to the one true God and the objective, authoritative truth of his word. Such a moral and spiritual reformation is vital not only for the spiritual health of Americans but for the future of America. More Here
