Mr. Bregman has one of the toughest jobs in New Mexico! Serving as DA in ungodly Bernalillo County takes much strength. My goodness! Bregman says dropping the DWI cases is like a punch in the gut. I could not agree more, a huge punch in the gut for all residents! I do not understand all what is going on, but my heart aches at this news. This is the last thing APD and the residents of the city need! According to KOAT TV, the Feds now have searched least four homes belonging to officers and a fifth to a local attorney were searched by the FBI at the same time Thursday. A reminder, New Mexico is third in the nation in drunk driving deaths.

A year into Sam Bregman’s tenure as the Bernalillo County District Attorney he went over all the cases his office prosecuted in 2023.
Now, two weeks into 2024, he has had to drop dozens upon dozens of DWI cases.
“Dropping 150 DWI cases, dismissing them. Is like a gut punch. It makes me sick to my stomach,” Bregman said.

Albuquerque has become very ungodly…..it is a crazy city, booze is available about on every street corner, I understand you can now have booze delivered right to your home, that was passed into law…pot shops all over, that was passed into law, a Church on about every street corner….BUT!………the city goes to hell. Killings happen here so very often, do not forget the city and state allow the killing of God’s babies through abortion. The only change here is, things get worse.
