The killer shot and killed a 6th grader, then killed himself. Five souls were wounded. We mourn.

Our prayers are with all in this horrible tragedy! It is early in the investigation. I just watched the Press Conference. The Sheriff is going to hold another one this afternoon as not many details were given. PRAY TEAM JESUS!

Police in Perry, Iowa, say there was a shooting at the city’s high school Thursday morning, the first day back for students after winter break.
A woman who answered the Perry Police Department phone confirmed the shooting at Perry High School but did not provide any further information.
Perry High School teacher Lori Meinecke said she heard about six to seven gunshots around 7:40 a.m., followed by the voices of several school coaches encouraging everyone to evacuate the area, according to Raccoon Valley Radio.
Sadly many more will be killed in America this year by deranged people, consumed by Satan.

Why so much evil in America?
“So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts” Eph 4: 17, 18.
The Scriptures call the mind of the natural man “blinded” 2 Cor. 4:4, “depraved” Romans 1:28, “corrupt” 1 Tim. 6:5, and “unspiritual” Col. 2:18. The natural mind thinks from a humanistic, sin-debased viewpoint. The viewpoint of the flesh directs its thoughts. The sinful mind is under the control of Satan and can never please God because it concentrates on things of the world and not things of the Spirit. The natural mind walks the road of hopelessness and self-destruction.

Loving Father, our country is experiencing the aftermath of these tragic shootings. Today, we cry out for the families and friends of those who have died. We declare that You, alone, are their refuge and place of safety. You are their God and they can trust in You. Lord, Your Name is a strong fortress and we declare that those who run to You will find spiritual, emotional, and psychological protection. We are expecting You to heal the broken hearted and to bind up the wounds that have been inflicted in the souls of all of those affected by this dreadful act. In Jesus’ name, we cancel the assignments of the spirits of anger, vengeance, bitterness, murder and rage in our nation. We rebuke and bind copycat shootings. As Kingdom citizens, we render these spirits powerless in America! We declare that no weapon formed against the citizens of our nation will succeed any longer, and we silence the voice of mass murder that has risen against us.
