We praise God for all those that helped rescue the baby! KOAT TV Reports: The New Mexico Department of Transportation worked to clear a highway in northeast New Mexico. More than 25 vehicles were stopped on U.S. Highway 56 Tuesday afternoon.
The youngest stranded person was a 4-month-old baby, according to NMDOT. Snowplow clews spent hours to safely clear the highway. All the vehicles were able to drive from the spot near Clayton. More Here From KOAT TV on the Blizzard in NE New Mexico
A sheriff’s deputy with the Colfax County Sheriff’s Office needed rescuing from a blizzard that caused white out conditions on Monday.
According to the Colfax County Sheriff’s Office, the deputy was rescued after their unit became stuck on a highway in the county.
