Soaring Higher In 2024…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Day 13 of our best year yet! This morning, I drove a friend to the airport to catch her early flight back to her family and friends. I watched as the crew de-iced the plane for takeoff, that will carry a precious woman of God that was willing to leave the comfort of home, family and community to come meet a need in my part of the world. I pondered so much in my heart this morning as I thought about how God connects people in his Kingdom.
God works in so many diverse ways. Just a few months ago we were total strangers sharing only a hello as we passed in the corridor. Today she leaves as a dear friend. Just when I think I figured God out a little bit, he shows me his ways are so much higher than mine. He always has someone he wants to use, if we are willing. Thankfully, she said yes.
God uses ordinary people like you and I to help one another. We bring change to communities, regions, and the nations of the world as we all work together for his Kingdom. God always makes a way; he always has a plan and it’s always for good.
Today, let’s thank him for making a way for his people. Our God reigns! Amen?
Soar on my dear friend, soar higher in 2024!

Father, thank you for providing the needs of our communities. You want the best for your people, and you send them help from all over the world. There is no one that you deny.
Father, today we pray that many will hear their next assignment and say yes. Father, thank you for blessing the work of our hands in whatever you ask us to do, we do it unto you.
Father, take us to new heights in 2024 as we soar with you. You truly make a way for your people. Amen.
