Does God Roar?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Every time a baby is born, a star is born. I live in the city, the star city. Our city is full of children. I believe children are close to God’s heart. I believe it, because God’s Word says it.
If you want a blessing, bless a child. These innocent lives created in the image of God himself are precious. Jesus loves the little children. Want a millstone around your neck? If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. (Matthew 18:6) I didn’t say it beautiful people, Jesus did.
One of my daughters recently reminded me of a prayer meeting in which I had taken the three of them along. They were quite young at the time. We chuckled together at the memory. One young man in attendance had some developmental delays. He said in a rather loud voice as he stomped his foot when it was his turn to pray. Satan leave those kids alone. As we were all in a circle with our eyes closed, it startled us. The elderly lady across from me in the circle let out a roar. I didn’t know her well, but I remember seeing her working at a store we had here in our city. She loved the children. She always complimented me on my three girls. A prayer meeting and a circle me and my three girls will never forget. Sometimes I believe God does roar. Oh, I know he does.
Let’s Pray:
