A Thousand Miles And More…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. It has been a busy week. Yesterday’s journey took me 17,600 steps, bus tours and so much more.
I have walked it seems like a thousand miles or more since I left my little city. I purchased some new sneakers that I pray will keep me walking for days to come.
I started the journey in heels, then to my glitzy flip flops and now I am in love with the comfort of my new sketcher sneakers. They don’t sparkle like my flip flops, and they don’t make me as tall as I would like, but they sure love my feet, and my feet love them. Com-for-ta-ble…
Every place I have walked since I left my home, I have been praying God’s Word in Joshua 1 that says; I will give you every place where you set your foot. I have covered some miles beautiful people praying for God’s people.
I thank him for enlarging my territory. I thank him for my best year yet. How about you? Ready to step out into a day asking God for every place your foot treads?
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for destiny. Thank you that you are calling us to be bold, to be brave and to step out and say yes to whatever you call each of us to do. Thank you for our best year yet!
Father, thank you for divine appointments and destiny moments. Father, I am certain you heard every prayer prayed on this trip and you hear every prayer your people pray every day and will answer according to your plan.
Father, even when life isn’t glitzy you tell us stand firm. Psalm 18: 2 tells us that the Lord is our rock, our fortress and our deliverer; our God is our rock, in whom we can take refuge, our shield and the horn of our salvation, our stronghold.
Father, no matter where our journey takes us from our first breath to our last, we can put all our trust in you. We can say yes to whatever you ask, as we walk in confidence in you. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Keep your eyes looking towards Jesus the author and finisher of your faith. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13).
Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (Hebrews 12:2)
