Jesus said; Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.

John 14:1

In these uncertain times, it’s extremely important to remember that while the world may seem chaotic, God remains in complete control.

Current events, news stories and political agendas, should not cause fear for those who put their trust in the Lord.

We can take comfort in knowing that God has a divine purpose and plan, one much greater than our understanding.

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord.

“As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

Isaiah 55:8-9

If you’re doing anything that you’d be ashamed to be caught doing when Christ returns, stop doing it, repent and change.

Remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it. (James 4:17)

If you know the good you should be doing, then fail to do it… that is sin and sin separates us from God.

There is going to be a time, and I believe it’s already come,  that some are going to want to hear what their itching ears want to hear. The closer we get to Christ’s return, the more we recognise this prophetic word from the Apostle Paul coming to pass.

For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

2 Timothy 4:3

Because they want to live a lifestyle contrary to God’s word. They’re angry with God and with his children because they want to live a life of debauchery and they want no one to tell them they’re wrong.

If anything is mentioned against it, they say we’re “judging.”

It’s like a spoiled child who can’t hear the word “no” without throwing a tantrum. In essence, they want to have their ears tickled, with a watered-down and compromised gospel.

So, they go to all lengths to twist scripture to fit their agenda. Thus proving, they do not fear God!

God is love, but he’s also just, He loves justice, and teaches his followers to uphold justice, fairness, and equity.

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.

And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

Micah 6:8

The warning to the church is this; If you attend a church that teaches anything other than Jesus Christ of Nazareth and He alone crucified. RUN!

But because of your hard and impenitent heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed.

Romans 2:5

God is just, and His justice is a crucial part of His character in the same way that His love and mercy are crucial.

Without His justice, sin would run rampantly uncontrolled, Evil would win and there’d be no reward for obedience.

👉🏻In the name of tolerance and love, many have walked away from God. As Satan has come posing as an angel of light, but in fact, brings death

For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15

Keep your eyes on Christ, he’s the only way!

Many Blessings,

Connie
