In The Quiet Of The Day…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I sit this morning in the quiet, the stillness of this beautiful day that God himself has given me and given you. The trees stand still and not even a movement of its branches intrigues this writer on this day. The green grass is flourishing once again as the warmer weather begins to move on in. Another day to behold.
Psalm 46:10 tells us: Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.
Today let’s exalt him together in the quiet of this morning. He is Emmanuel God with us.
Let’s Pray:
Father, we come in the quiet of the morning, to meet with the one we desire to journey life with. Father, may we see you in our every day. In the joy, in the disappointments, in the circumstances of our everyday lives, we want your will for our every day.
Father, thank you for giving us eyes to see you working in our midst. The trees blossoming, the green grass, it’s in the quiet of the morning we long to hear your voice.
Father, lead us today, show us the mysteries of your glory and lead us by those still waters we read about in your Word. You crown the year with your bounty, and our carts overflow with abundance. (Psalm 65:11). We know you are our God, and we are your people. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Enjoy the day God has given us.
