Is Today Your Day To Believe?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. It’s Friday, time to wind down the week. Monday morning blew in with a new wave of the Holy Spirit and yesterday being National Day of Prayer, our eyes all turned towards our God in whom we trust. An amazing week walking with an amazing God.
Hebrews 11:1 tells us it is by faith we understand the whole world was made by God’s command so what we see was made by something that cannot be seen.
2 Corinthians 5:7 tells us we live by what we believe, not by what we see. (2 Corinthians 5:7)
What are you believing today?
Father, thank you that the light of Christ has been ignited across this globe. From the Crown of Maine to seven continents of the world we declare the Word of the Lord by every means possible.
Father, we are calling in the generations and every promise that we have with our covenant God today. You alone are the founder, the creator of both heaven and the earth, and we continue to put all our trust in you and you alone. You are not a God that you should lie, but A God that cares deeply for his people. Surely your goodness and love will follow us all the days of our lives, and we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. (Psalm 23:6)
Father, today we can share the best news on the planet, the gospel of Jesus Christ. Every morning, we can bow our knee before a great God that keeps every promise.
As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God. (Romans 14:11) Father, we will remain confident of this: we will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. (Psalm 27:13) Amen.
