Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was remembering a man in the church I attended when I was a child. He would blow the trumpet and shout, Oh Gabriel. I know this man’s grandson today. Funny how it all goes, from one generation to the next. His grandson has lots to shout about too, he is a drummer.
I have a picture of Gabriel blowing the trumpet that my first mentor and artist Juliette Daly painted for me. I cherish that picture. I feel like blowing the trumpet today for victory. I feel like shouting, Oh Gabriel myself today. How about you?
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for your Word. Today, may many receive the call and declare the Word of the Lord to the nations. We thank you that you are watching over your Word to perform it. I thank you that you, oh God, bless the works of our hands. Father, where there is darkness in the land, we pray for the light of Christ to shine brightly.
Father, you care deeply for people, so deeply you died for them while they were yet sinners. We will go tell them. Father, we will tear down every stronghold that has been built up against the knowledge of God. We will set your people free.
Today, tell Him if you are willing to go anywhere, He asks across this land. Can He count on you? Is your life totally surrendered. Can you hear the nations calling?
Father, thank you today for the power of your Holy Spirit. Thank you for blessing the work of our hands. We lift up our voice like a trumpet and shout this morning. We give you all the glory as we say yes, we will go. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Lift your voice like a trumpet.
Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
