Happy Juneteenth Day…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Juneteenth Day! I am thankful that in America there is freedom, opportunity and equality. Today we celebrate just that. I am thankful that we can live free. No one likes being a slave to anyone or anything.
Today, let’s celebrate how far America has come and let’s thank God for the end of slavery. Let’s thank him for a brighter future for us all. Amen?
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you that we can live free today. Your Word tells us in 2 Corinthians 3:17 that where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
Father, we are thankful for all those that went before us and fought for our freedom. We are thankful to live in America and we don’t take it lightly the cost that was paid. Neither do we take for granted the life you so willingly laid down so that we can be free. Help us never to be entangled again. (Galatians 5)
Father, we thank you for liberty and justice for all. May we live it out in peace and may your light shine in every dark place.
Father, we thank you and celebrate Juneteenth Day. Thank you for your great awakening in America once again. Amen.
