On The Tablet Of Thine Heart…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was reading this morning from the book of Psalms and also the book of Proverbs. Psalm 90 verse 14 tells us to satisfy ourselves in the morning with God’s unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
Proverbs 3:3 tells us to let love and faithfulness never leave us; bind them around our neck, and to write them on the tablet of our heart.
Those two verses alone tell us how to start our day. As we come into God’s presence every morning and we begin to understand the depth of his love for all mankind, it makes for a good day. We can have joy every morning, be a happy people as we go throughout our day. Knowing that God’s love is enough to sustain us all the days of our lives. It doesn’t mean we won’t have troubles, or our lives won’t be touched by trial, but we know God’s love for each of us is enough to carry us through. Every day is a gift, and we can unwrap it filled with God’s love for us and the grace for each and every day.
Let’s Pray:
Father, draw us close today. We desire to be closer to you than yesterday. We know you, oh God, have inscribed us on the palms of your hands, and we are continually before you. (Isaiah 49:16)
Father, the morning dew reminds us of the kisses from above. Our Father, the Good Father, the Father of great love, mercy and kindness lead us today by the power of your Holy Spirit. May your every word be written on the tablet of our heart as journey all our days with you. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Write some words on the tablet of your heart this morning. In his Word and in his presence is where it will be forever etched.
