The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.
For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.
2 Thessalonians 2:9-12
We only have to turn our television on or log onto social media to see this wickedness taking place. Groups of people mocking God, and then watching believers be complacent with this debauchery.
Then there are the pastors, prophets and teachers who are misleading their flock in droves. This is a horrible situation because they’re in a position of trust.
The lies, false prophecies and the greed they exhibit is utterly disgusting.
But the one who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, will receive a light beating. Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more.
Luke 12:48
For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.
Matthew 24:24
They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.
Titus 1:16
The sad part is that God continues to wait patiently (for now) on these people because HE loves them unconditionally. Yet they mock him and in some cases, they hate him.
Beloved, this is the time to make your choice, let your voice be heard. No more complacency!
Choose you this day whom you will serve, as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
Joshua 24:15
God is all about love, that’s His message… For God so loved the world. We are not debating his love for everyone and never will debate that. But we must be aware that he is a just God. Justice will be served at some point.
We are doing a great injustice and I believe we will answer for the fact that we stay silent while people are slipping into a Christ-less eternity.
We should be broken and saddened by deliberate sin. We should not be celebrating it and parading it around. We should be repenting.
He’s calling you now unto repentance! Before it’s too late. ⏰ The hour is imminent.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
