Who’s Really Discipling Your Congregation? Cable news channels and politicians assert that only their ideology can bring success

I pray this message from Aaron Earls makes you think……..This is such an excellent message! I have said for years and years until I am blue in the face, that politics is the playground of Satan. The last two weeks Sharon and I have been at FBC in Glenwood, NM last Sunday and this Saturday and Sunday at ReAwaken City Church in Albuquerque. Sharon was unable to be with me yesterday. These two Churches shine the light of JESUS! They have a Biblical Worldview! Wonderful Pastors and congregations! The love and peace of JESUS! GLORY!

Too many people who proclaim to be a Christian post such ugly stuff on Facebook and other social media. They make a complete fool of themselves and hurt the Church. So many are blinded by politics. Shame!

How can Pastors and lay people disciple others when politics, a political party or candidate is a big part their life? If you think those fools running for President can save you, you need JESUS not politicians! They are not role models for my children and grandchildren, for sure! They both have potty mouths!

By this unbiblical behavior by many, the Church in America will continue to decline. Many Churches have become like the world. Politics in the pew! I have been getting more and more complaints about this as the year goes on. Satan is using politics to do great harm to God’s Church.

As many people have told me and Sharon over the last few years more and more, a Church is not identified anymore by its denomination, it is defined by its politics. Shame! Then Pastors wonder why there membership has become stale.

The American Church has a discipleship problem. The issue is not a lack of discipleship, however, but rather a glut of discipleship coming from the wrong sources without being filtered through the only right source.

Almost every Christian wants to assert they are being faithful to the Bible in the choices they make and the attitudes they hold, yet most are being subtly influenced and discipled in ways that run contrary to Scripture.
