Pastor Dewey Moede: I have righteous anger……Righteous indignation, also called righteous anger, is anger that is primarily motivated by a perception of injustice or other profound moral lapse.
I have stated for years now that politics is killing America. Both the DEMS and GOP are so very dysfunctional. They send the wrong messages to our children. They are not role models. The only thing they are good at is throwing dirty insults at each other! Potty mouths! They will never will solve the problems of America, it will take a Great Awakening to turn America back to God. When young people see this type of behavior it turns them off! When Pastors and lay people support evil politicians, it sends the wrong message! You wonder what Bible they read! Never accept evil! Someone told me awhile back, “For the last several elections it has been voting for the lesser of two evils, now it is worse than that.” Let that soak in……look what we have created for our children!!! Shame on us. Deceitful speech is an epidemic in America politics.
I love America history, always have since I was a little boy! Right now I am re-studying the lives of President Lincoln and Teddy Roosevelt. The History Channel has done a great work on its documentary on Lincoln. I encourage you to watch it! I pray you do, and I pray you will learn much! Lincoln is my all-time favorite President. Teddy is in my top 5. I wish his Bull Moose party would have taken off! America’s two party system has gone to pot. You see it right? You hear it right? I even smell it! Stand strong in JESUS, not politics. As I have stated numerous times, politics is the playground of Satan.
I never thought I would see such dirty language coming out of the mouths of politicians. It shows low intelligence. Foolish behavior.
Got Questions: It is definitely a sin to swear (curse, cuss, etc.). The Bible makes this abundantly clear. Ephesians 4:29 tells us, “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.” First Peter 3:10 declares, “For, whoever would love life and see good days must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from deceitful speech.” James 3:9-12 summarizes the issue: “With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers, this should not be. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? My brothers, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water.” More Here
What is a fool? The word fool appears forty times in the ESV version of Proverbs. The ways of the fool are often contrasted with the ways of the wise. In modern usage a “fool” can be a “dupe,” an “ignoramus,” or just a “ridiculous person,” but how is a “fool” defined in Proverbs?
A look at some of the occurrences of the word fool in Proverbs helps provide an explanation. Proverbs 10:8 refers to a “babbling fool.” One trait of a fool is that he is a constant talker who is not known for listening to wisdom (see also 10:10).
Proverbs 10:14 states, “The mouth of a fool brings ruin near.” This contrasts the speech of the fool with the knowledge of the wise. A fool does not care about learning. He’s too busy talking. More Here

There had been a long line of teens waiting to ask me one-on-one questions. Alongside internet star Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA, it had been my honor to speak at a biblical worldview training conference in Wisconsin. After training some 200 teens in God’s Word and sharing facts about America and Christian civic involvement, we headed over to the Milwaukee arena to attend the Republican National Convention.
This youth’s question, however, would require more than a quick, off-the-cuff answer. I asked, “Do you search the internet for information about suicide? Are you planning to do yourself harm?”
The response to my first question, was, “All the time.” The answer to the second, was, “Maybe.” Wiping tears away, the teen went on, “I just don’t want to live … I’m so afraid. What is the purpose of … anything?” More Here
America is no longer a Christian nation. Just 4% of us have a Biblical Worldview. The Church is losing its influence everyday……When my children and grandchildren see evil, they know it. They ask, “Dad, why do Pastors accept evil?” George Barna: “People have become more selfish, churches have become less influential, pastors have become less Bible-centric”
Come on now…..The GOP has platform has thrown the pro-life movement under the bus. They have approved the killing of God’s babies! SHAME! Makes we want to vomit! The GOP is no longer pro-life.
I have been an Independent for many years….as Mark Twain said, “The only difference between a Democrat and Republican is the spelling.” More truth than fiction.
My daddy. Wally Moede served in WWII as a Sgt. in the U.S. Marines. I can hear him say to this day, “You all have created this mess! Now clean it up!
Its kind of like Abe Lincoln, he had to put the Union back together. Will we?
