May We Know You More?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. When you know someone, really know them well, you know how they will respond and react to circumstances, before they ever tell or show you. Whether it is good, bad or ugly you know how they will react. These people are with you and are on your side, whether you were right or wrong, they are with you. They show up with you when things are good, and they appear when things are not so good. Their heart is desiring the best for you. That’s a true friend. True friends are hard to come by and most people only have a few of these in their lifetime. I hope you have a few of these friends in your lives.
There is a friend even closer. We were created in his image, has great purpose for our lives and sticks closer than a brother. His name is Jesus. He wants the very best for every one of us. I hope and pray you have him in your life as well. He is certainly is not the mean Father that many have portrayed him to be. I am so glad to have him on my side today. How about you? He has shown up every time I needed him and has even gone before me and made a way when I couldn’t find the way. How about you?

Father, thank you for guiding our day as we put our trust in you. Thank you Holy Spirit for wisdom and discernment as we look to you each and every day.
Father, shine your light on our communities, our nation and protect us all from all evil. You are no respecter of persons, and your love extends to us all. Draw us closer today we pray. Amen.
