Peace in the midst of chaos

Screenshot

Going from panic to peace.

Look around and you’ll see a lot of panic going on. I believe it’s because so many people trust man rather than God.

It seems as though the world is getting worse every day.

In scripture we are told this.

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.

2 Timothy 3:1

(If you read the next 4 verses, it’s going to give you a list of what some folks will be doing wrong and to top it off, they deny Gods power. It’s absolutely evil.)

We know that eventually the antichrist will come on the scene. I believe that the reason the world is in such chaos is because the evil one is already at work setting the stage for lawlessness. It’s bad, but will eventually get much worse.

The chaos comes in when we fear what man can do to us and is doing to us, but we pay no mind to what God can do for us, has done and is doing for us.

Keep in mind too, that it’s an election year and the gloves come off from time to time. We are to obey God rather than man.

But Peter and the apostles replied, “We must obey God rather than any human authority.

Acts 5:29

Align yourself, your beliefs and especially if you support a certain candidate on a local or National level, align it all with scripture! Very important to do this.

When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan.

Proverbs 29:2

Do what’s right in Gods eyes and keep evangelizing.

Remember, a vague facebook post will probably not change anyone’s mind, but prayer works wonders.

Let’s represent God well and leave the panic behind. Let’s show the world that our faith is in Christ alone.

Here are some encouraging words for living in today’s “chaos ridden world.”

Psalm 55:22: “Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved”

Psalm 46:1: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble”

Psalm 9:9: “The LORD is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble”

Isaiah 41:10: “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God”

Look to one who holds the world in the palm of his hands and let him give you peace. 🌎

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

John 14:27

Many Blessing’s,
