When The Waves Come In…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I drove to the beach with my three grandsons on Saturday. We made the four-and-a-half-hour drive for a day at the beach late Friday evening. What a day we had. The waves seemed higher and stronger than what I remember from our trip last year. The waves came in two at a time. My grandson Jax would say Gram, jump the waves with me and I would give it my best shot. The first wave would come in and I would jump but it would overtake me. I struggled to get up fast enough as the next wave was right behind it. I couldn’t help but think about the blessings of God. Deuteronomy 28 tells us the blessings will overtake us. I now have a visual of what that looks like. I won’t forget that anytime soon. God’s blessings on our lives do overtake us beautiful people, they really do.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for the many blessings you bestow upon us. You are a God in love with people. Your grace and mercy cover us like waves over and over again. When we fall, we get back up and we stay the course. We walk with a God that will never leave us nor forsake us and his blessings overtake us each and every day.
Father, thank you for the favor on our lives. What a blessing it is to journey every day with you. Your love for us is greater than the ocean and deeper than any sea. The John 10:10 life, the life you died to give us, we want to walk in the fullness. Overtake us today once again. Thank you for divine appointments and destiny moments. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people.
Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me. Psalm 42:7
