We always said back in the day that the price of gas would fall before election day! Ha! But, this prediction is for after election day. But, it makes this old man wonder. I was trained way back when that pocketbook issues are what folks want to hear about……so here you go……I pray that here in New Mexico every year that our property taxes are slashed. The state had a huge budget surplus. The GOP and DEMS do nothing to help us out. It is getting hard to live here. I will not feel any economic relief until I see it in my checkbook!
Both Trump and Harris are promising things that will never happen. I guess they think we are just plain dumb. Typical politicians.
The oil market is in another tailspin. Producer group OPEC+ is scrambling to stop the bleeding. And gas prices are falling fast, with more to come.
All of this is music to the ears of drivers.
