Waiting In The Victory…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was thinking this morning when my three girls were younger, they were in a pageant. Two of my girls were in Majorettes where they learned to march and twirl a baton. One of my daughters took dancing lessons. They were busy little beavers as we tried to handle the busyness of everyday living.

I thought about the writing I penned as I prayed for a stronghold to be broken over our nation. I did my part. I prayed, I declared the victory and I waited. I am sure there were many others around the world doing the same. Together, we saw the stronghold come down from its high place.

This morning if you are waiting for victory, then this writing is for you.

Dancing…

My Lord, My God, My Redeemer, My Father and yet my Friend.

We wait upon you…We look to you, Oh Lord.

Wisdom, yes we lack. We ask of you our Lord…

Healing Waters-yes, we do believe. Healing your people-wholeness

That’s what we so desire. You, Oh Lord, you are the one…

The only one, who can complete the deep work in us. Removing pain, shame, deception

Bringing truth to the light…Yes, Lord that’s what we need.

Strongholds destroyed by the power of your name. Jesus how do we say thank you?

We want to worship you day and night. Never forgetting the brokenness and how you turned our darkness into light.

Dancing, dancing, we want to praise your name. Inside we are dancing both day and night.

Jesus our friend and yet our Lord… We wait on you..

We feel like dancing as we wait on you… We feel like dancing as we wait on you…

Father, we pray from Isaiah 40:31 this morning. Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Amen.

March on God’s most beautiful people. Do a twirl or two in your victory dance today. Jesus has overcome it all.

A voice of one calling: “In the wilderness prepare the way for the Lord make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain. And the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all people will see it together. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” Isaiah 40:3-5
