Are You Ready For When God Calls?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. We all know that we can call on God and he will answer us. That’s what his Word tells us in Jeremiah. He gives us his promise that he will work out everything for our good. (Romans 8:28) We just need to call on his name.
There are times God calls on us. Are you ready to respond today? He may need your hands and feet to help another. Can he count on you? Are you willing to do something in his name today?
I remember when I was just learning to hear his voice or would feel prompted by the Holy Spirit to do or say something. At first seemed a bit awkward. The more I obeyed the prompting, the easier it became. I soon became sensitive to his spirit. He tells us it is not by might, nor by power, but by his spirit. Zechariah 4:6

Father, thank you for another day to journey life with you. Holy Spirit our comforter and friend, lead us today. Show us the great and mighty things we read about in God’s Word. .
Father, give us God assignments. Assignments bigger than anything we could ever do in our own strength. When you call on us, oh God, to step out, to do something in your name, may our answer always be yes. Yes, to you and to your will. May we be obedient sheep.
Father, we are yours to use for your glory. We are ready when you call. Amen.
