Florida Our Faith Filled Prayers Are With You…
Father, we join faith all across this globe and ask you to bring hurricane Milton down low. He came quickly, but we know he can be stopped right in his tracks. Father, Jesus spoke, and the wind obeyed him. That’s what your Word tells us in Matthew 8 and Luke 8. A squall came down on the lake, so that the boat was being swamped, and they were in great danger. The disciples went and woke Jesus up saying, “Master, Master, we’re going to drown!” He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters; the storm subsided, and all was calm. “Where is your faith?” he asked his disciples. In fear and amazement, they asked one another, “Who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him.”
Father, you said you to have faith in God,” Jesus answered. “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Matthew 21:21 Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Father, we speak to hurricane Milton and say be thrown into the sea. We speak with the authority of our Father. We pray in the most powerful name known to mankind- in Jesus’ name.
Father, we bind the spirit of fear and panic over Florida tonight. We let our faith arise and believe your every promise. We speak to every wave and to the wind-be still and know that he is God.
If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling,
no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent. “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
