Good Morning Beautiful People… Thank God For Mercy Over America

Thank God For Mercy Over America…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I am moved once again to my knees this morning to pray, believe and receive for mercy for America. Some folks think we are too far gone for God to have mercy on this country. I must admit we have seen a lot of change in recent years in how America does things. It doesn’t stop this mother and grandmother from petitioning the man that founded it all. I know in whom I believe.

I know what it looks like to have people want to take over, to hijack something God gave to me. It didn’t feel well, and I learned who was trustworthy and who was not during that time. People will do some pretty wild things for position, for authority, for control. God used that experience to teach me much and for that I am grateful. I am sure that is what God thinks as well. At the end of every day, we know who is in control. He founded this world, and he will always have the final say.

This morning, I am reminded of God’s Word in Psalm 24. I remember the day I stepped behind a platform here in Maine and declared this Word over the world. Actually, let’s declare it once again. You do your part; I will do my part and together let’s thank God for his mercy over America. He said if we prayed and believed, we will receive. (Mark 11:24) I needed his mercy over my life. I am ready to witness his mercy over this nation. How about you?

Let’s Pray:

Father, Psalm 24 tells us this: The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; for he founded it on the seas and established it on the waters. Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place?  The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god. They will receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God their Savior. Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, God of Jacob. Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is he, this King of glory? The Lord Almighty he is the King of glory.

Father, James 2:13 tells us judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment and Psalm 145:9 tells us the Lord is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made.

Father, thank you for mercy over our lives and we pray for mercy, believe for mercy and receive mercy over our nation this morning. A nation in great distress. Amen.

Matthew 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.
