I worked in radio in Williston, North Dakota and in Sidney, Montana which is right across the border. It was back in 1979 we I got my first full-time job in radio at KGCX in Sidney with studios in Willison. No other radio station at that time had two studios in two states, two different towns, and in two different time zones. I made many friends in this area. It is very special to me. I learned so much about radio and people, it helped me eventually become a Pastor.
We mourn at the death of two people from these fires.
