Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Thursday! Happy every day. I am a radio talk show host for Destiny Moments every Saturday at 12:05 PM Eastern Standard Time right after the world news. Every day we wake up is a gift, a gift from God. The days doesn’t always go the way we think, but we can choose happiness. God’s Word tells us weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes every morning. I did tell you I see the word joy a lot lately, right?
Today, I am in pursuit of joy? How about you? Let’s read Psalm 47 together:
Clap your hands, all you nations; shout to God with cries of joy. For the Lord Most High is awesome, the great King over all the earth. He subdued nations under us, peoples under our feet. He chose our inheritance for us, the pride of Jacob, whom he loved. God has ascended amid shouts of joy, the Lord amid the sounding of trumpets. Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises. For God is the King of all the earth; sing to him a psalm of praise. God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne. The nobles of the nations assemble as the people of the God of Abraham, for the kings of the earth belong to God; he is greatly exalted.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for your Word. Thank you for the life you promised in John 10:10. We are in hot pursuit of discovering the joy you promised. We want to know all that you have promised for us. Show us more, we pray.
Father, from Mars Hill Mountain to seven continents of the world, we declare the Word of the Lord. Amen.
