CHURCH LEADERS reports on a Wall Street Journal article published on Wednesday (11/20/2024) in which Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy shared that President-elect Trump’s forthcoming Department of Government Efficiency (“DOGE”) plans to target the federal government’s funding of Planned Parenthood.
Trump gave Musk and Ramaswamy a deadline of July 4, 2026 to complete the mission of DOGE, which announced this week that one of the ways it planned to reduce federal spending was to cut off government funding to “groups like Planned Parenthood.”
Preacher, author, and activist John K. Amanchukwu, Sr. recently posted a video HERE sharing why he believes Planned Parenthood should be defunded. Amanchukwu stated the following: “I’m not an advocate of reparations. I repeat, I’m not an advocate for the aforementioned, but the move to defund Planned Parenthood is the closest to reparations blacks will ever receive.”

My brothers and sisters, taxpayer funding for the murder of our precious unborn babies is shameful and inexcusable! U.S. citizens’ tax dollars should never be used for the intentional mutilation and killing of babies created in the very image of God Almighty. Lord have mercy!
As this writer discussed in a recent FGGAM article HERE, the argument that abortion is health care and reproductive medicine is false on its face, as the undisputed goal of every abortion is not to heal or to protect, but to kill the unborn child. The argument that killing one’s own unborn baby is a “human right” – as many persons have argued – is ridiculous on its face. Simply put, one does not show compassion for others by agreeing to murder.

The Bible, including the Ten Commandments, makes it clear that life is precious to God, who knew every person before they were ever formed in their mothers’ wombs.

The Bible tells us that children are a reward from God, that we were created in the image and likeness of God, who knew us before we were ever formed in our mothers’ wombs, that He has a plan for our lives, and has given us a future and a hope! What possible right do we have to play ‘god’ and decide who gets to live or die!
