Why does this happen in New Mexico so much????? My goodness!!!! I call it extreme dysfunction! Crime in the state is bad enough, but then to mistakenly release thugs!!! Horrible! Accountability is a huge issue in the state of New Mexico!
Accountability is an assurance that an individual or organization is evaluated on its performance or behavior related to something for which it is responsible. The term is related to responsibility but is regarded more from the perspective of oversight.
God’s Word states that accountability means being responsible for one’s actions and allowing others within the community of faith to gently guide and correct you when necessary, with the ultimate goal of helping each other grow closer to God through love and support, essentially viewing each other as part of one body in Christ where everyone is accountable to one another; this is often illustrated through verses like Proverbs 27:17 (“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another”) and Matthew 18:15-17 (addressing personal issues privately before bringing in others to help resolve conflict).
New Mexico needs JESUS as does all of America! JESUS is always the answer!
