ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Nadine Milford, the champion of changing DWI laws in New Mexico has died. More than 30 years ago, Milford experienced the unimaginable loss of her daughter and three grandchildren in the infamous Gordon House drunk driving case.
