Years ago when I managed KKIM Christian Radio in Albuquerque, I was urged to run for a State Representative position. Part of me wanted to, but God said no, Sharon also did not like the idea. God and Sharon wanted me in ministry. I am so very, very happy I listened!
I have my doubts that New Mexico will ever fix CYFD and end abortion, the GOP has caved and so has the Church. Both parties are guilty of letting this dysfunctional organization, CYFD exist as is. We went 8 years under GOP Governor Martinez, nothing changed. Martinez had promised our listeners live on KKIM Radio the night when she was first elected that she would end abortion! LIES! I could replay some of the interviews I did on New Mexico News and Views from years and years ago and the GOP and DEMS would be saying the same things about CYFD and Abortion, IT JUST GETS WORSE HERE! SO TRAGIC that the Church here has weakened. Study shows that New Mexico ranks 17th in the nation for the number of “religiously unaffiliated” people. Now we have an abortion factory being built with tax payer money!!! Hello!!!! SHAME!
NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – For the first time in state history, there are more women in New Mexico’s legislature than men. With the legislative session nearly a month away, KRQE News 13 has learned how this milestone will affect future policies. “Many of these women that took the leap and stuck their neck out and got elected,” said Senator Mimi Stewart, President Pro Tempore.

Too many high school pep rallies and not enough salt and light! Failure to carry out The Great Commission, failure to Baptize! There are many Churches that have not baptized anyone for years! Lazy! Failure to grow up mature Christian’s! Look what is happening, our children bring guns to school, teenagers killing each other, drugs, booze, robberies, abortions, child abuse, phonography, driving high on pot, crashing into homes and businesses……..The GOP and DEMS will not solve these problems. It is a heart issue that people have, they need JESUS, not more laws, that does not mean a thing to them. JESUS changes lives! We feed evil, like legalizing pot and abortion. The GOP no longer stands for life. New Mexico just throws out the red carpet for Satan!

Three Churches in Albuquerque garner about 30,000 people, do you see them working together? There is a severe lack of unity of Christians in the entire state. How can God be happy with us?
One more note…….I will always wonder why the people of New Mexico reelected the worst governor I have ever seen, Lujan Grisham! That says much about the people of New Mexico, including the Church.

The Scriptures call the mind of the natural man “blinded” 2 Cor. 4:4, “depraved” Romans 1:28, “corrupt” 1 Tim. 6:5, and “unspiritual” Col. 2:18. The natural mind thinks from a humanistic, sin-debased viewpoint. The viewpoint of the flesh directs its thoughts. The sinful mind is under the control of Satan and can never please God because it concentrates on things of the world and not things of the Spirit. The natural mind walks the road of hopelessness and self-destruction.
