As FGGAM reported HERE last summer, we are pleased to support Jeremy Reid – an Albuquerque-based minister of the gospel who loves Jesus with all his heart!  He is an evangelist, worship leader, singer, songwriter and hip-hop performer.

As promised, Jeremy and his street ministry partner, Pastor Boogaloo, attended the Washington Parish Free Fair (“Free Fair”) during October 16-20, 2024, bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to those in attendance.  The Free Fair is reportedly the largest in the world (of this type) and is held every year.

In Jeremy’s own words:

Hello again!  My name is Jeremy Reid.  I am an evangelist from Albuquerque, New Mexico.  The Lord has blessed me to be able to travel to Louisiana three times in the last two years to minister to the people who live there and attend large gatherings.

In October (2024), as many of you know, I was able to minister at the Washington Parish Free Fair.  This is the world’s largest free fair and it was a great opportunity to be able to share the gospel to those in attendance.

Most of the age demographic was middle school to high school-aged young adults.  It was a very fruitful trip and I prayed for many people.  Among those I prayed for was a couple who came to know the Lord as their Savior.  I was also able to minister to a few persons who were ministering alongside me.  The Lord used the whole trip for His glory!

Along with my ministry partner, Pastor Boogaloo, we rebuilt a porch for a single mother.  A tree had fallen on her house, destroying the porch, bathroom and bedroom, and the insurance company was unwilling to cover the full cost of necessary repairs.  So, we blessed her with a new porch!

It has been a privilege and an honor to be able to be a traveling evangelist, but with another event on the horizon, I am again asking for your support.

My calling to traveling evangelism started with Mardi Gras (or “Fat Tuesday”) a couple of years ago and I have the opportunity to return again this year (2025).  If any of you know of this event, it’s a breeding ground for darkness and debauchery – thus the need for God’s truth and light is so much greater.

My upcoming trip to Mardi Gras will be from February 27 to March 4, 2025.  So, if God puts it on your heart to give, your seed will be greatly appreciated and it will be sown into seeing the lost brought to Jesus!  I want to thank you, in advance, for the prayers and provision.  It is better to give than to receive, which I know personally, as I have been blessed in going out and giving of myself.

I leave you with Paul’s letter to the Romans:

Romans 10:14-15 (ESV)

14 “How then will they call on [H]im in whom they have not believed?  And how are they to believe in [H]im of whom they have never heard?  And how are they to hear without someone preaching?  15 And how are they to preach unless they are sent?  As it is written, ‘[h]ow beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!’”

My brothers and sisters, if the Lord puts it upon your heart to sow into Jeremy’s ministry, and in this case, specifically to assist with his upcoming trip to Mardi Gras scheduled for February 27 to March 4, 2025, it would be greatly appreciated.  Your partnership will help Jeremy spread the good news by returning to Louisiana fully prepared to minister with sufficient provision and without distraction!
