ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department announced on Tuesday that Lt. Kyle Curtis retired from the department before he could be interviewed as part of the investigation into the DWI Unit scandal. He previously worked in the DWI Unit.
Curtis was one of two officers placed on leave on Friday. The U.S. Attorney’s Office told APD that he was “Giglio-impaired” which could have called into question his credibility in court. More Here
