Are The Lights On In Your City?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Tuesday! I work with some of the kindest, most gracious people in the world. Every day we try our best to help all the beautiful people sent our way. We are not a perfect people, far from it, but we sure try hard. There is nothing perfect this side of heaven, but this group of people sure work hard at it.
Last evening as I watched my Christmas tree twirl around, my thoughts went back to a conversation I had with one of my co-workers. She said it was national take your Christmas tree down day. She said I could keep mine up though. I planned on keeping it twirling as I enjoy the lights and added a few more decorations to it on Sunday. It now adorns some beautiful glitzy pink butterflies.
How about you. Ready to fly high today with the rest of God’s eagles? Ready to put your best on and bring your light to the table?

Father, thank you for another day to journey life with you. Ecclesiastes 11:5 Solomon tells us as we do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things.
Father, light up our cities today as we join our lights. May we truly be beacons of hope as you fill our nation with your presence this day. Shine your light brightly in our towns, cities, and around the world. Expose the darkness we pray. Amen.
